Oud is profoundly personal, and ensuring its purity and integrity is paramount. We would not send a premium bottle of oud that has been previously handled, opened, or even used by other customers. Therefore, we regret to inform that we cannot accept returns on any of our products. This policy ensures that every customer receives a product of uncompromised quality. Also, we cannot cancel an order once it has been dispatched.
