BEGUM OG II

BEGUM OG II is the second release in the BEGUM OG series. The first version (BEGUM OG) was loved by almost everyone who experienced it so much so that even the portion I had planned to keep for myself to macerate with musk ended up being shared.

In the first version, Assam and Nagaland ouds were used in a more balanced proportion.
In this iteration, the proportion of Assam oud has been slightly increased.

The intention was to intensify the atmosphere that fascinates me the most: the scent of incense rising inside a stone temple entered through a creaking door, together with the air of an old wooden library filled with dusty books.

The resin-rich oud pieces were soaked for 190 days in an oily rose hydrosol, kept under controlled conditions to avoid fermentation. For this reason, BEGUM OG II contains no fermented character.

BEGUM OG II opens with a brief hint of light citrus and green notes, before quickly settling into a resinous, dry woody structure. In the heart, the impression of temple incense blends with the atmosphere of old wooden shelves and dust-covered books in a quiet library.
